Rands, South, Gardner & Hetey is a law firm with offices in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. The firm’s territory of representation includes all courts of the States of Nevada, Utah and Wyoming, all federal courts in Nevada, Utah and Wyoming, and the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal. Since its founding, Rands, South, Gardner & Hetey has represented local and national insurance, business and individual clients. Prior to the firm’s organization into its present structure, the founding members practiced law together for many years.

Rands, South, Gardner & Hetey is almost exclusively devoted to litigation services. We are a full service firm, committed to providing full quality and scope of trial services offered by larger firms while preserving the reduced overhead, lower cost, and greater efficiency of a smaller firm. Because of our smaller size, any case in the firm will be handled by the same attorney from the initial assignment until the case is concluded. Such continuity promotes efficiency which often is lost in larger firms when they substitute counsel.
